Since stepping onto the shores of Tioman years back there’s an unspoken love that I have for this island .. it’s not like your normal touristic resort islands that’s for sure .. no long white sandy party beaches .. no loud blasting live bands or DJ spinning their decks into the night .. you don’t need to dress up .. no throngs of unruly tourist running around flashing their gears trying to pick up the next flavour of the night …
Tioman has small little quite villages .. abundance of small beaches to choose from .. the colours ,smells, sights and smiles from the small little “kampungs”… abundance of dive spots … many little surprises on each dive .. I’m being biased .. I love Tioman ..

There are a lot of things happening around the world every single second. Everyone has their own set of challenges and hurdles.

Life is a circle, there are better days, there are worse days. To live in harmony, we should always be considerate of our words and actions. We shouldn't generalise, judge and ridicule, instead we should be more understanding and emphatic.

The world is filled with knowledge. Knowledge will give you power, but having knowledge and character will give you respect. Be a person that is knowledgeable with commendable character, no matter where you go, or what your job is, and you shall be a person of value.

The meaning of success and happiness differs from one to another. We should not equate the same even if we feel strongly about our views. Our perspective about life is different. It's crucial to be humble and learn from each other.

Be humane, sometimes when we have everything, we forgot how it feels when we have nothing. We have scars, we have sacrifices, which some are shared and seen and some remain hidden.

Not everyone shouts. Some remain unspoken or speak when needed. Some through words that could pierce the souls. Never underestimate people because everyone has their superpower.

There's a reason why we are made as a human being. Be more human.

我跟朋友吐苦水，為甚麼來到澳洲，還是滿滿壓力？明明之前早已定居的朋友說，墨爾本是個很輕鬆，和充滿不同可能性的地方。終於來了，感受到的，卻是一襲襲的焦慮和疲累。

朋友都說，我逼得自己太緊，要好好學習放鬆一切。說到逼迫自己，原來一直以來，我不知覺以這種模式生活，用盡每分每秒達成不同目標，working hard and playing hard，似乎理所當然。來到澳洲從零開始，或者是沒有安全感吧，更覺得起步太慢，所以盡力尋找機會，希望盡快安定下來。殊不知這種追求穩定的壓力，漸漸把我扼殺。實在諷刺的是，安穩曾經從來不是我的追求，反而現在有機會重新開始了，卻逼自己走回舊路，甚至比以前更保守。求逸的焦慮，叫生活興致漸逝。

墨爾本天氣晴雨不定，彩虹不算罕見。昨天開車經過Mont Albert Road，陰霾密雲間，竟灑進幾道陽光打落紅葉，眼前彩虹橋霍然進眼。身旁朋友邊驚嘆邊提醒，彩虹繽紛，可是我要專心開車不能多看，唯有幫我多拍幾張照片。我偷看了幾眼，但專注的只能是蓋頂烏雲，不過我知道，烏雲後是教人驚艷的鮮明彩虹，還有金黃的林蔭作伴。

突然想起讀書時很喜歡的一首歌，Natasha Bedingfield的unwritten：

《Speechless》是1=A，二胡演奏時，DA定弦，41弦指法。這首歌旋律簡單，節奏固定，二胡演奏上唯一的困難點就是音域高，高音區的音色控制與揉弦是一大難點。樂曲前半段，刻意壓抑內心的情緒，控制右手的表現力不要太放過。樂曲進入高潮後，放開右手運弓，弓頭與揉弦都可以加強。演奏時心中默唱，注意揉弦速度要足夠。右手運弓關注貼弦點，感受手前臂重量，並把這個重量確實傳達到弦上。我的二胡演奏上還有很多不足的地方，請各位朋友繼續給予指點囉！

茉莉公主唱《Speechless》的時候，我整個起雞皮疙瘩。
這首歌帶給我的震撼，甚至超越了阿拉丁的經典曲《A Whole New World》！
