3rd workout last Friday. 3 times return with and without viper, was that 8kg? is 1 rep. I had to do 15 reps 4 sets, after doing 25 reps return plus jump with viper x 3 sets.

Took me the longest time to finish, halfway, I feel like punching people coz my right thigh feels tired after 3 reps 😂.

My legs better be faster after this workout @ucstrength 😧. And am putting this on my feed as reminder to how hard my legs worked that day.

On another note, 1st trial is FREE if anyone feels like dropping by the gym, recommended to book in advance coz 5pm-6pm usually very pack. And don't be scared, different workout for different level of fitness 😂🙈
