我今天在看影片的時候新學了一個好字喔！
[banter] A word used to describe the teasing or the witty chat, usually harmless jokes.
意思就是很機智的回別人話、開別人玩笑、逗別人笑，其實跟“joke”有點像的感覺。但banter更有「witty機智」的巧妙。
查了urban dictionary, 裡面舉了一個很好的例子：
"You, sir, are drunk."
欸先生，你喝醉了。
"Maybe so but you are ugly and I will be sober in the morning."
對我可能真的醉了，但你也很醜，不過明天早上我就醒了。（而你依然還很醜）
"Good banter sir."
好啊你！（回得好！）
其實這個就是一個只有用英文表達才會懂的笑話，
完全無法翻譯！！

[#翻譯無理] It's hard to translate the Chinese term "文青" into authentic English, but given that we've seen Urban Dictionary define the English word "Hipster" as "a subculture of men and women typically in their 20's and 30's that value independent thinking, counter-culture, progressive politics, an appreciation of art and indie-rock, creativity, intelligence, and witty banter", we think it wouldn't be too much of a stretch to say one possible equivalent English term for 文青 is Hipster. So, here you go, 文青 ~ Hipster!
「文青」，又是另一個難以在英文裡找到相對應的翻譯的麻煩中文詞語，英文沒有Literature Youth/ Arts Youth這樣的詞語，比較相近的我想起“Hipster”這個字。
根據網上資料，Hipster發源於美國，所謂hipster就是介乎二十至三十多歲之間的年期男女。他們崇尚獨立思考，喜愛非主流的事物，抗拒主流市場，強調我行我素的獨立精神態度，厭惡為討好其他人而活。Hipster大多喜歡帶有復古風格的人和事物。
