I will be hosting a fundraising yoga session for @puc.hk on Sunday, March 21 2021. *ALL* funds raised will be spent towards helping the Paws United Charity re-home and rescue more animals in need. Yesterday’s beach clean up and sunset yoga went so smooth, I felt a little bit overwhelmed by the amazing energy at the end.

There’s times where I wonder if what we do actually makes a difference...
but it’s moments like these, when I see all the people and the smiles on your face, and when I get a hug from someone I barely know, telling me “this was so meaningful, thank you for organizing” that gives me hope and energy to continue doing what I believe in! 🌍 💕👐🏽

During the month of October me and my mum set out on a mission to start cold water training in the freezing winter waters of England in the hopes of becoming hardcore!
While watching Eco-Challenge 2020 my mum was inspired to start cold water training to try and become hardcore like the athletes on the show. Unfortunately me and the rest of my family were forced into.
We did some wild swimming in the Jubilee River as well as the Thames River and Brighton Beach. We also got sprayed with a freezing cold hose while trying to hold yoga poses. It was a wild and crazy month of cold water training!
