Macao made it to the UNESCO list of gastronomy last year with valid reasons. The preservation of their unique heritage and culture is one that would make anyone slow down and reflect on what could have otherwise been silently killed by dramatic climax of humanitarian moves.
#2018macaoyearofgastronomy showcased wonderful colours of Macau to prove that there's more to it than just blings of led and extravagant glamour. There's beauty to basics and great value to heritage preservation.
Time spent in Macao is best when I visited this Teahouse. Most dimsums were gone by my breakfast time, but we managed to grab some lovely bites. Signature Charsiewbao still available (thankfully) and I make friends with a senior couple of husband and wife ( they demonstrate love 😌 and that's really sweet).
It was a pleasurable experience, I'd have more of this in my blog soon.
