反之有些注定要帶向失敗的致命心態,只要學生持續相信這種BS,幾乎是不可能能讓他們達成目標。今天的分享希望也能帶著盼望的點出這些致命的有毒心態,讓我們在減脂的路上不要掉入這種心理陷阱,好好向目標前進!
🆖 致命心態 #1
“昨天說好要運動的最後又沒去,
我看
我應該是沒有辦法變瘦的體質,
還是先放棄好了。”
🔆真相:
瘦跟體質沒關係,跟心態有關係。
就算大家代謝的基因體質不同
身為功能性醫學的健管師,我們看見
在大數據中的基因報告裡,什麼體質都有瘦子;也都有胖子。
你可以忙到幾天不洗頭不刷牙,但總不會因為這樣覺得自己是不刷牙不洗頭的體質吧?
想要牙齒健康就要刷牙,想要頭髮乾淨就要洗頭。想要瘦,你需要一個一輩子的好習慣。忙碌過後該運動的還是要動。

“早上被自己體重嚇到,
決定不吃午餐來減肥,
但中午同事邀約喝手搖飲
又不好意思拒絕,
大杯半糖珍奶就這樣喝下去了!”
🔆減脂真相:
很多人會在發現自己變胖以後,立刻用節食來懲罰自己。卻不知道人類的生存就是要避免飢餓:你越餓,身體就會給你更多動力去吃東西。
這也是為什麼當我們很餓的時候根本沒辦法專心,想到的都是吃。最後錯過吃營養的好食物,剩下的點心時間又無可自拔的點下含糖飲料,再來覺得減肥怎麼怎麼難?
其實不用這麼難。每天用全食物吃得營養,你可以吃得很補足,對超高卡路里的垃圾食物也比較有動力去拒絕了。(還有不要怪同事啦,身體是自己的!)

把好不容易瘦下來的0.8公斤吃回去了。
減肥好難!我還是先放棄吧 !”
🔆減脂真相:
吃完高油高鹽,甚至真的吃多了一些卡路里,隔天會體重會有變化也只是剛好而已!
如果今天刷了高額卡費,你不會覺得月底的帳單不用付吧?如果你有點後悔衝動買了這些東西,那麼下次學著不要那麼衝動,或是可以做一些支出的規劃 ;但應該很少會有人就此下斷論說:我覺得放棄花錢了,花錢等於不能存錢,那一輩子都不要在買東西了。
減脂的旅程中,最要不得就是“All or Nothing ”的心態。不是瘋狂的運動天天減脂健康餐,就是暴飲暴食的耍廢,這兩個極端都會創造很短命的減脂願望,以及長期不健康的身心靈。
願我們能在一步一步的調整與建立新習慣的過程中,享受這些新習慣為我們帶來的好處,再透過這些正面經驗繼續支持我們向減脂目標前進!

This video is full length which means you can just follow along with whatever I'm doing. If you need extra rest, just pause the video. If you don't need a rest - watch it the whole way through.
You can do this home workout 2-3x per week - and if you wanted to stay active on other days - be sure to check out my other workouts!

In order to make your ab workouts more effective, you need to engage your core. This video tutorial walks through several abs exercises and planks and touches on the common abs mistakes that are made, some tips and how to engage that core of yours during exercise to get a flat tummy.
