#WorkoutWednesday Squats are great but it isn't the only thing to work your glutes. I used to think squats squats squats to grow the butt however I ended up with over dominant thighs. Here are some exercises that I like to grow the booty.
Doing 12-15 reps , 4 sets of the following:
1. Side to curtsy Lunge with press
2. Single Leg deadlift
3. Split Squat Or Reverse Lunge

Before getting into any kind of pull ups/chin ups..assistance is always needed. Focusing more on biceps here this is the supinated grip pull up. I find using bands better than the machine only cause it forces me to engage my core more into getting a strict pull-up. I swung a lot at the beginning of this video cause my grip wasn't steady and wasn't thinking of my keeping my core tight, then got back in the groove.

#WorkoutWednesday No time to workout or bored at home? Give these 6 different push-ups a go. Make sure you aren't flaring your elbows like chicken wings and keep the elbows pointing to the back. Make sure core is contracted and no tummy dipping down. Do each for 10 reps 4 sets. Have fun🤗
1. Knee Pushups
2. Normal Pushups
3. Single Leg Pushup
4. Spider-Man Pushup
5. Knee tap pushup
6. Diamond Pushup (not my best form, couldn't go all the way down, was tired out but hey if you can go for it)
