#TraintoTransformTues is going out to @marillewellyn and her partner in life Greg. Since this weekend is Valentine's day, I want to share a special transformation. I love her story of how she was once lost until she found her partner and her journey in fitness. The fitness journey doesnt have to be a lonely one. In the picture on the left I was hopeless. Not because of my size, but because i wasn’t LIVING. I felt like I was floating through life, numb and avoiding anything that I found “difficult.”

This journey hasn’t just changed my body, it’s changed who I am as a person. I finally tapped into my full potential! Now, I have high expectations for myself, and I don’t stop until I reach my goals (in work, life & fitness!)

I don't see myself at the peak yet but over this 2 years I've changed. The picture on your left is me who is not only 103 Kg but also that me who used to be really insecure with the crowd , yes I admit I used to have rather an odd physique , I even had an anterior pelvic tilt which i had corrected by plainly exercise movements that I did daily. To be honest I would legit delete every single full portrait picture of mine cause of the voices that'll haunt and remind me of how embarrassing I look 😞.
I used that voice as much as I could to make it to the person at the right now.The breakthrough started on this day I was just feeling really low and told myself hey you know that it's not impossible for you to change your physique right? You know what?! if it makes you feel good , go for it man! Do it for yourself !! You're responsible for your body sam. 😌
And on the right is me currently at 76Kg. I really wish that I could go back and tell my oldself hey listen you really don't have to be that insecure about how you look. All that matters is who you are as a person and what you are doing to make yourself a better man daily , stop getting sad and don't give up on your body by saying you're already fat and continue to eat more junks cause of that. It wasn't easy for me to get through this process.
Many times I felt like quitting halfway and give in to that unhealthy meals, in fact I have. I know it's hard but your body is every decision you make ! "It's hard but it's not impossible" just remind yourself that, maybe it's going to take another week ? Months? Or maybe years to see the result but if you stop today and give in, it'll take you even longer ! So don't give up on yourself and remind yourself that "it's not impossible" 💪🏼
