32歲的帥哥Cedric Grolet，已得過重要的國際獎項肯定，是巴黎，甚至全球最火的甜點師。他的IG上目前有超過80萬粉絲，遙遙領先許多比他資深的世界級名廚。

他的甜點作品，當中的哲理及技術，啟發了現時無數的甜點師。年輕、好看又有才華，這世界還有天理不？🤣🤣 但是，讀我的訪問，你會知道14歲就入行的他，也是千山萬水才走到今天。成功得絕不僥幸。

Cedric Grolet 的第一家甜點店今天在巴黎第一區正式開幕，而我兩個月前在巴黎時，就已搶先跟他做了一個專訪———這是他亞洲首個個人專訪，今天在《港澳米芝蓮指南》官網獨家刊登，與他的甜點店同步推出！視頻有大量養眼的甜點（及他本人😂😂）的畫面！！
