I will never get enough of their Striploin.
For starter, I had Hue Caesar (HKD130) with cos lettuce, anchovies, smoked egg & vadouvan. It's just like a lettuce wrap. I didn't enjoy the anchovies as much as I'd hope, it was too salty overall.
For mains, I highly recommend Rangers Valley Striploin (HKD380) with burnt carrot puree, trumpet mushrooms & fermented shimeji. The steak was very tender and juicy in a rich Chinese-style mushroom sauce which is the most important part of the steak. Spanish Mackerel (HKD370) with abalone, crustacean dashi & poached winter melon. It also pronounced with Asian flavors. The soup was not too rich but it paired so well with the fish. I have to say it's a good choice to cool you off in the summer.

Day 22 (Thursday)
Breakfast: Purple Sweet Potato + Scrambled Eggs + Veggies + Chinese Style Carrots Soup with Mixed Beans & Dates
Lunch: Fish + Tofu with Corn & Pork Sausage (Cheat Food) + Veggies + Rice
Dinner: Veggies + Silver Fish Omelette + Beef Ribs + Rice
Night Snack: Stole 2 bites of Dad’s homemade bread because it smelled tooooo good fresh out from the bread machine😂
Day 23 (Friday)
Breakfast: Banana + Carrot Soup (same as yesterday) + Veggies + Cherry Tomatoes + Udon + Handmade Fishballs (sooo many of you asked about how to make these😂 a lady from the market nearby made them and we bought from her)
Lunch: Cheat Meal! Went to buffet lunch at Google office and had 3 rounds in total😆
1st round: Vegetable soup + Quinoa + Bell Peppers + Tofu + Tomatoes + Kimchi + Cold Cuts + Different Salad Veggies
2nd Round: Avocado Quesadilla + Pumpkin + Salmon + Beef in Gravy + Brown Rice with Chicken + Pork + Chinese Style Soup
3rd Round: Dragon Fruit + Watermelon + Grapes + Pineapple + Brie Cheese + Blueberry Cheesecake + 1/3 of the Walnut Muffin
Afternoon Snack: Happy Hour at the office with alll the yummy junk food everywhere! 😻 had to try a bit of everything 😳
Dinner: Only Green Beans & Yellow Bell Peppers because I ate way too much during the day😇

Afternoon Snack: Fresh Orange Slices
Dinner: Yellow Bell Peppers with Taro and Red Kidney Beans + Broccoli + Fish with Red Bell Peppers + Rice
Day 12 (Monday)
Breakfast: Egg + Purple Sweet Potato + Cherry Tomatoes + Cucumber
Lunch: Same as Dinner the night before
Dinner: Bean Curd with Grilled Chicken + Japanese Vegetarian Dumplings + Veggies + Rice
Day 13 (Tuesday)
Breakfast: Fish + Udon + Veggies + Banana
Lunch: Same as Dinner the night before

More like a thick soup than a typical Western stew, this Chinese beef stew takes reference from Cantonese cooking and pairs vibrant flavours of daikon and carrots with rich earthy beefy goodness.
We cooked over a stove but go ahead and use a pressure cooker / instant pot to braise the beef chucks quicker.
⬇️ Ingredients here ⬇️
1.4kg Beef chuck (cut into chunks)
2 tbsp Cooking oil
2 Onions (cut into wedges)
1 Knob ginger (smashed)
2 Star anises
2 Cinnamon sticks
2 Bay leaves
4 Cloves
5 Dried chillies (pre-soaked)
2 tbsp Light soy sauce
1 tbsp Dark soy sauce
2 tbsp Chu hou sauce
1 tbsp Fish sauce
3 tbsp Shaoxing wine
Salt & sugar to taste
500ml Chicken stock
500g Daikon (peeled and cut into chunks)
2 Carrot (peeled and cut into chunks)
Coriander for garnishing

This is our second Egg Foo Young (Chinese: 芙蓉蛋) recipe. Egg Foo Young is an omelette dish found in many varieties of Chinese cuisine such as Chinese Indonesian, British, Chinese American cuisine. The name comes from the Cantonese, a Chinese dialect. If you run out of ideas on what to cook for lunch or dinner, just cook this Chinese omelette & half your meal is done - simple.

The difference between this Egg Foo Young recipe and the other recipe is this comes with a gravy recipe and the other didn't.
I’ve seen a lot of Egg Foo Young served with gravy but in Singapore, we usually just eat it dry. and it's equally tasty. Maybe I'm just biased because I looooooove fried eggs :)))
You must try this Egg Foo Young, whether you decide that you want gravy with your eggs or not. Regardless your choice, this Egg foo young a super delicious & super easy dish to cook.

Ingredients:
Serves 4 pax
Omelette
------
6 pcs of eggs (use 4 eggs if your eggs are bigger)
1.5 teaspoon of light soy sauce
1 teaspoon of Chinese cooking wine (Shaoxing Huatiao wine)
A few dashes of white pepper
15g of carrot - julienne
50g of deshelled prawns (deveined too)
50g of char siew or char siu (bbq pork)
Some chopped spring onion
Gravy
------
1 cup of water
1 teaspoon of concentrated chicken stock (or chicken bullion cube/ chicken powder/ chicken stock. If you're using chicken stock, use 1 cup and omit water)
0.5 teaspoon of sugar
0.5 teaspoon of premium dark soy sauce
A pinch of salt (do add more to taste if you like)
A few dashes of white pepper
Some cornstarch solution (thicken sauce per your liking)
1 teaspoon of sesame oil (remember to off the fire before adding)
Pour the gravy over egg and enjoy your dish!
