Throwback To Australia! Have you ever seen such a massive wall of different kinds of grips? Pinch, Flat, Fat, Shark looking head soooooo many!!!! 🤩🤩
I thought I could try them all in a day... Haha I was too ambitious.

We all know training body parts are essential - back, legs, chest, booty etc. But do ever think about training your grip?

A strong grip is not just for the gym or athletes but in everyday life. Opening a jar, carrying your luggage, carrying your groceries... holding your phone doesnt count!!

Your grip can also be an important indicator of your overall health. A study in the Journal of Strength and Conditioning Research concluded that grip strength is a predictor of muscular endurance and overall strength. Researchers say the findings suggest a link between heart health and muscle strength. - @washingtonpost

So have a think on training your fingers and forearms from time to time. Working your sensors at the fingers is important too.

Havent sat on one of the wooden horsies in ages!! I remember playing in with them during school days.

Just arrived and already filled with activities in Terengganu. Sis and I are totally enjoying the Malay Life at @tanjongjararesort.

It's such an interesting concept, a mini getaway while experiencing culture. Been so long since I played congkak, there was bamboo dance, batik drawing and Malays snacks like keropok lekor during the Kampung Session. Love it! Tomorrow will be another full day.
