I thought I could try them all in a day... Haha I was too ambitious.
We all know training body parts are essential - back, legs, chest, booty etc. But do ever think about training your grip?
A strong grip is not just for the gym or athletes but in everyday life. Opening a jar, carrying your luggage, carrying your groceries... holding your phone doesnt count!!
Your grip can also be an important indicator of your overall health. A study in the Journal of Strength and Conditioning Research concluded that grip strength is a predictor of muscular endurance and overall strength. Researchers say the findings suggest a link between heart health and muscle strength. - @washingtonpost
So have a think on training your fingers and forearms from time to time. Working your sensors at the fingers is important too.
