PUDING KARAMEL PKP TANPA TELUR TANPA KUKUS
(Sesuai untuk yang alergi telur dan sesuai yang tiada pengukus )
Pertama kali buat Alhamdulillah menjadi...
Bahan puding:
1paket serbuk agar2 yang jernih
(10gm)
4cawan air
1tin susu cair
1cawan susu pekat
3 sudu tepung kastard
Sedikit esen vanila
Karamel:
3sudu Gula pasir
2sudu air
Cara :
1.masukkan Gula pasir ke dalam kuali dengan api yang kecil gula di biarkan cair sehingga menjadi perang kemudian tutup api dan masukkan air
2.Kemudian masukkan ke dalam loyang
3.satukan semua bahan ke dalam periuk dan kacau sebati kemudian panaskan di atas api yang besar masak puding sehingga betul2 mendidih dan pekat
4.biarkan puding suam sebentar kemudian masukkan ke dalam loyang Yang berisi karamel tadi
5.masukkan dalam peti sejuk sehingga 2-3jam
6.terbalikkan loyang tadi di atas pinggan kemudian potong
Sedia utk dihidang
Tips:pastikan puding dimasak sehingga betul2 mendidih dan kelihatan pekat

Caramel:

2 Spoon of water
Way:

masuk 1 cawan susu pekat nak kurg manis 1/2 cawan
1 cawan minyak masak
mix sebati matikan mixer
ok masuk tepung dan kacau
last masuk 1 cawan air panas didih
boleh test celup jari panas ke x kalau melecur ok cantek panas air tu(kang ade plak yg buat ni kang😉😂)
ok puding td dah masak kite angkat bia 5mnt kite garis2 permukaan puding dgn pisau bg kek tu lekat nnt
baru tuang adunan kek dan ttup permukaan pakai plastik wraping kukus lg 35 mnt api besa
dah masak bia 1 jam di luar tanpa tebalik kan
sisip2 baru tebalik kan atas board..siap doneeee

Bahan-Bahan Karamel
3 sb gula pasir
1 sb air panas
Bahan-Bahan Puding
2 biji telur
200 ml susu cair
3 sb susu pekat
1 sk esen vanila
Cara memasak
1. Untuk membuat karamel, masakkan gula sehingga warna bertukar keperangan.
2. Masukkan air panas dan gaulkannya.
3. Setelah itu, tuangkan sedikit gula ke dalam mangkuk.
4. Untuk puding pula, panaskan dahulu susu segar bersama susu pekat. Tidak perlu sehingga mendidih.
5. Pukul telur di dalam satu mangkuk.
6. Campurkan campuran susu bersama telur dan kacaukan sehingga bersatu.
7. Masukkan esen vanila dan kacau sebati.
8. Tapiskan campuran sebanyak dua kali untuk mendapatkan tekstur yang halus.
9. Tuangkan dan tapiskan campuran ke dalam mangkuk berisi karamel.
10. Kukus puding karamel selama 45 minit atau sehingga puding menjadi pejal. Gunakan api yang perlahan.
11. Setelah selesai, puding karamel siap untuk dihidangkan. Boleh sejukkan dahulu di dalam peti sejuk untuk rasa yang lebih sedap.
