During the yin session, @aaron_wik share a story which I’ve share before in my own session after savasana.

A Buddhist parable about 2 monks and a woman - Living in the present moment.
A senior monk help to carry a woman to cross the river, set her down, together with younger monk carried on their journey.
Later the younger monk blunted out,
“As monks, we are not permitted a woman, how could you then carry that woman on your shoulders?”
.
The senior monk looked at him, replied,
“Brother, I set her down on the other side of the river, why are you still carrying her?”
.
A wonderful reminder and intention setting about letting go of what is holding us back.
